The Definitive Technology SuperCube Reference promised the kind of deep, physical bass usually associated with much larger subwoofers. With an 1,800-watt amplifier, a 14-inch driver and two passive radiators packed into a cabinet smaller than many floorstanding speakers, it made a compelling case for serious bass without sacrificing an entire corner of the living room….
Some speakers make you question how much equipment you really need to build a powerful home theater. The Definitive Technology Mythos ST is a particularly interesting example.
